Ingredients:
- 1 Banana (frozen)
- 1 Cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Tb Almond Butter
- 1 Tb Hemp Protein Powder
- 1/2 Tb Mushroom Beet Latte (Beetroot powder, Raw Cacao powder, Chaga mushroom extract, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice)
- 1/2 tsp Schizandra Berry extract powder
- 1-2 Cups Ice
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blast on high for 30 seconds until smooth. Sip, share, love and enjoy! Serves 1-2.
