Coconut Kale Smoothie Recipe with Cordyceps Mushrooms and Organic Moringa Leaf

Coconut Kale Smoothie Recipe with Cordyceps Mushroom and Moringa Leaf

Gather:
• 2 Kale leaves
• 1 Young Thai Coconut
• 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tsp Maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp Moringa Leaf powder
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
• Pinch of sea salt
Directions:

Carefully open your young coconut (How-to video). Pour one cup of fresh coconut water into your blender. Scoop out the coconut meat (flesh) from the inside and add it to your blender. Remove stems from the kale leaves and add them to your blender along with all other remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth. Serve with love and enjoy!
