Mushroom Beet Latte Chocolate Adaptogen Balls with Chaga

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp mushroom beetroot latte
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Add almonds to your blender and grind semi-fine
  2. Add all additional ingredients (except for the shredded coconut) and thoroughly blend until mixture has a doughy consistency
  3. Place coconut shreds on a flat plate
  4. Scoop out tbsp size portions of the mixture and begin rolling into balls with your palms
  5. Roll balls over the coconut shreds
  6. Enjoy your mushroom beet latte chocolate adaptogen balls immediately or place in fridge and enjoy later!
