Reishi Mushroom Chocolate Heart Brownies with Goji Berries (Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free)Ingredients:1 tsp Reishi Mushroom extract powder2 tbsp cacao powder2 tbsp goji berries (or more if desired)2/3 cup blanched almond flour2/3 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free chocolate chips)1 cup Coconut sugar1/4 tsp cinnamon5 tbsp coconut oil1/4 tsp of sea salt1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean2 eggs (vegans: sub for chia seed or flaxseed eggs)1/2 tsp baking powderDirections:Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 180 celsiusUsing coconut spray evenly spray your baking dish (preferably 8x8 or 8x9) including all cornersIn a small pan, under low heat, melt oil and chocolate chips until smooth. Remove from heat and set asideIn a mixing bowl, add eggs and sugar and whisk together until completely smoothIn a larger mixing bowl whisk together cacao powder, almond flour, salt and baking sodaTake your egg/sugar mixture and slowly whisk into the chocolate pan.
