
Mushroom Cacao Latte Chia Seed Pudding Recipe with Reishi Mushroom (Vegan, Gluten Free, Paleo)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk (or your favourite)
- 1/2 cup organic chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of Mushroom Cacao Latte (Raw cacao, Reishi mushroom and Rose)
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl add mushroom cacao latte and whisk for a few seconds to ensure smoothness
- Add cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined. Slowly add in milk until everything is full whisked in and smooth
- Add in chia seeds and mix in until fully combined
- Cover mixing bowl or transfer to a Pyrex container and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hrs
