Raw Cacao Chia Seed Pudding with Reishi Mushroom and Rose

Mushroom Cacao Latte Chia Seed Pudding Recipe with Reishi Mushroom (Vegan, Gluten Free, Paleo)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk (or your favourite)
  • 1/2 cup organic chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of Mushroom Cacao Latte (Raw cacao, Reishi mushroom and Rose)
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add mushroom cacao latte and whisk for a few seconds to ensure smoothness
  2. Add cinnamon, salt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined. Slowly add in milk until everything is full whisked in and smooth
  3. Add in chia seeds and mix in until fully combined
  4. Cover mixing bowl or transfer to a Pyrex container and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hrs
  5. Serve and top off with berries or granola. Enjoy your delicious Mushroom cacao latte chia seed pudding!
