Strawberry Rose Covered Chocolate Bark with Reishi Mushroom

Strawberry Rose Covered Chocolate Bark with Reishi Mushroom (Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper (I used a 9” dish but almost any size works)
  2. In a medium-size saucepan, combine all ingredients except for the freeze-dried strawberries
  3. Heat over low heat and gently whisk together until smooth
  4. Remove from heat and add your sweetener and vanilla extract
  5. Pour evenly into the parchment-lined baking dish and place in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours or overnight
  6. Brake chocolate bark into desired sizes or use a cookie cutter to cut into shapes
  7. Enjoy you delicious Reishi Rose Strawberry covered chocolate Bark!
